Seven Star reserves a single vehicle and a single chauffeur for the entirety of your engagement. No swap-outs. No shared fleet. Multi-day engagements maintain the same chauffeur throughout for continuity and discretion.

NDA-ready as standard.

Every Seven Star chauffeur is background-checked, discretion-trained, and prepared to execute a non-disclosure agreement before the engagement begins. We are a fixture you can speak in front of, not around.

Prepared the morning of each engagement.

Vehicles are detailed, fuelled, climate-set, and stocked to your brief on the day of service. Any vehicle showing so much as a kerb mark is withdrawn from the engagement. Every booking begins in factory presentation.

By appointment, not by app.

Seven Star does not run on dispatch software. There is no surge pricing, no ride-sharing, and no pooling. Each engagement is quoted individually by the concierge desk and reserved against a single chauffeur and vehicle.

  • Submit the reservation form or telephone us directly. A concierge, not an auto-responder, will confirm your reservation as soon as possible. Complex itineraries are typically confirmed the same day.

  • You choose. The Rolls-Royce Cullinan and Ghost are available to book now; the Maybach GLS 600, our 32-seat touring coach, and the Chevrolet Tahoe are on request. We assign by occasion or by preference, and confirm the specific vehicle in writing before the day.

  • Every chauffeur clears a five-stage selection: advanced driver training, confidentiality certification, reference audit, defensive-driving retest, and personal deportment review. Many have served in diplomatic or executive-protection roles.

  • Yes, as standard when the engagement calls for it. Our vehicles carry no livery, our chauffeurs do not discuss the cabin, and our records are held under professional discretion protocols.

  • Itineraries may be revised en route without charge. Cancellations more than twenty-four hours prior are refunded in full; within the window, a fifty-percent retainer is held. Weddings and multi-day engagements carry bespoke terms.

  • Yes. Sea-to-Sky, Whistler, the Okanagan, cross-border Seattle, and charter-flight connections throughout Western Canada. Long-haul engagements are quoted on request.
